At MAXHOSA, we strive for excellence in every garment; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original, unworn condition with all luxury packaging and security tags intact.

Return Process

    Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare the Package

    Place the item securely in its original MAXHOSA branded box, ensuring all signature labels and protective materials are included.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection & Refund

    Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
